Iran culinary tour: Day 1: Tehran:

Arrive at IKA airport. Meet with tour guide. Transfer to hotel. Stay overnight.

After Iranian breakfast you will start the first visit of Iran capital with Golestan palace which is one of Iran UNESCO sites and also it is one the great palace of Qajarid era. After breakfast drive to Zanjan (298km). Visit Rakhtshoy Khaneh museum and bazaar of Hamedan then have lunch in restaurant and we suggest Jaqur Baqur for your lunch. After lunch drive to Hamedan (265km). Transfer to hotel. Rest overnight in hotel.

Zigzag groats or other Gogh (Jaqur Baqur) volumes are among the most popular local cuisines in Zanjan. It's a quick, easy and delicious flavor to make it a popular food in many Iranian cities. In this meal, the black liver is crushed and fried with onions and potatoes. Some, in addition to salt and pepper, only add turmeric, but in most cases liver and potato and onion mixed with peanuts or pomegranate sauce.

Perhaps the most striking thing about Gourmet is the cuisine being commonly used as a breakfast meal. After breakfast visit Avecina tomb and Baba Taher tomb, and for lunch we suggest Aush in Hamedan. Hamedan is the center of different types of Ash in Iran. 

Ash/ Aush is a thick soup or stew, which is usually served hot and is part Afghan, Iranian, Azerbaijani, Caucasian, and Turkish cuisine. Aush is typically made with a variation of ingredients but may include:

Iran culinary tour: Day 8: Kashan:

Drive to Kashan (400km). On the rout visit Qom the holy Shrine of Hadrat Masoumeh and also visit bazaar of Qom to buy special souvenir of Qom (Sohan which is special and traditional Persian saffron brittle toffee sweat of Qom). Continue to Kashan. Transfer to hotel. You will have lunch in Abbasi  traditional restaurant and house of Kashan with Iranian foods. After lunch visit Abbasi house, Tabatabai house, and Agha Bozorg mosque. Stay overnight.

 

 

Iran culinary tour: Day 9: Abyaneh:

Drive to Abyaneh (87km), transfer to hotel. Visit the touristic village of Abyaneh with 2500 years of civilization and with their special clothes and foods. You will have lunch in one of the traditional restaurant in the village. Stay overnight in village.

 

 

Iran culinary tour: Day 10: Isfahan:

Drive to Isfahan (174km). Transfer to hotel. Visit Naqshe Jagan Square (Iran UNESCO site) includes Abbasi great mosque, Sheykh Lotfolah mosque, Ali Qapu palace, Qeysarieh bazaar. You will have lunch in traditional restaurants of Naqshe Jahan Square. We suggest Beryan for your lunch. You will have a walk in Chahar Bagh street and also visit Sio-se pol and Khaju historical bridges. Stay overnight.

Drive to Shiraz (450 km).  On the rout visit Persepolis as the great ancient Persia and then visit Necropolis. After breakfast visit Vakil bazaar, Nasir Almolk mosque which is one the beautiful mosques of Iran, Shah Cheragh holy Shrine. You will have lunch in restaurant of traditional hotel and our suggestion is Kalam Polo Shirazi with Special Salad of Shiraz (Shirazian Salad).  After Lunch visit Eram garden (Iran UNESCO site), Hafez tomb as one of the great poets of Iran, Karim Khan citadel (exterior view) at night. Stay overnight.
